Care4u2.Respite.Outreach is a Non-Profit and a Public Benefit Organization based in South Africa. It was started in 2012 by a group of female professionals who witnessed the plight of individuals with Special Needs. Care4u2 was established to uplift the lives of cognitively and physically challenged individuals through Respite Care and Outreach programs.
We have grown by partnering with corporates, businesses, individuals and other similarly aligned organizations. We have completed projects in Gauteng, North West, KZN, Eastern Cape, Limpopo, Lesotho and Syria.
We have also assisted Syrian Refugees with special needs in Turkey and Jordan.
Respite Care also known as a short break is the provision of short-term, temporary relief to those who are caring for family members living with disabilities
The Outreach Programme is designed to cater for additional needs of individuals living with disabilities. We provide services to individuals and families to enhance the quality of their lives.
Our organisation was started up by a group of ladies who are passionate about uplifting the lives of cognitively and physically challenged individuals.
According to UNICEF, there are 2.1 million children with disabilities in South Africa. In excess of 600 000 of them have no access to schools and many are taken care of by either single or child headed households. Your contribution can make a difference in the day to day functioning of these individuals, thus enriching their lives.
We are a growing organisation with dedicated members and volunteers making a difference in the lives of individuals with special needs and their families.
